Shipping and Handling

We primarily use FedEx for most international packages, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Shipping fees are based on weight, value, and destination. Some items may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost to you. Special order items and oversized products may require additional handling and are shipped via International freight forwarders.

Fees & Charges

Please be aware that your country's import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our pricing. Refer to our Duties & Taxes section for more information. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product Restrictions

Ensure the compatibility of products with your country's standards and regulations before purchase. We occasionally face manufacturer or government restrictions that prevent shipping certain products outside the USA. Check product specifications and our PAL Video Equipment category for compatibility.

Order Processing and Shipping

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed before 7 am Eastern Standard Time are shipped the following 2 days. To keep shipping and duties charges low, we consolidate multiple items in one shipment, which may delay your order by an extra business day.

Special Notes
  • Attested Documents: Some countries require attested documents by the chamber of commerce, which incurs a $50 USD fee per document plus shipping charges for document delivery.
  • Rebates: Manufacturer rebates may not be valid for items shipped outside the USA.
  • Stock and Multiple Items: Special orders and orders with multiple items may be consolidated at our warehouse for shipment, potentially delaying your order. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

When browsing our products, please note that all prices displayed in non-US currencies are provided as estimates for your convenience. While we strive to provide accurate currency conversions, we cannot guarantee the precision of these estimates due to fluctuating exchange rates.

The final checkout price will be presented in US dollars (USD). Be aware that this amount does not cover any potential customs duties, taxes, or additional fees your country may impose. Additionally, your bank or credit card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee.

All transactions and refunds will be processed in US dollars, which means the refunded amount could vary from the original purchase price because of changing exchange rates. Please note that PayPal Credit, Google Checkout™, and mail-in rebates are not applicable to international orders.

Your order will be billed immediately upon clicking "Place Order". For orders being shipped to Russia, please note that the total value of the order, including shipping fees, cannot exceed 5000 Rubles per shipment.

Upon returning an item, you assume the role of the exporter from the destination country. The title and any associated risks transfer to us once we receive the returned items. If you wish to recover duties and taxes paid, shipping carriers may offer services to assist for a fee. It's advised to contact them directly for this service. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and initial shipping fees are not refundable.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and aim to exceed your expectations in protecting your personal data. However, international shipments are subject to customs inspections. We may need to provide certain order, shipment, and product details to our international carriers, who might in turn share this information with customs authorities to smooth the customs clearance process and comply with local regulations.

It's important to note that manufacturer rebates might not apply to goods shipped outside of the United States. We recommend reviewing the pricing details in your shopping cart to ensure accuracy.

When you place an international order, it may be subject to the local import duties and taxes of the destination country. At Network Hardwares, we offer the convenience of handling these fees on your behalf for specific countries and many of our items. This option, if available for your order, will be presented during the checkout process.

In some instances, by simply adding items to your cart and specifying your shipping destination, you can view the applicable duties and taxes. If no charges are shown, we advise you to consult with the destination country's customs office for information on potential fees.

For items shipped to California, we are required by law to collect Covered Electronic Waste Recycling Fees (eWaste fees) on the retail purchase or lease of certain electronic devices classified as hazardous by the DTSC when discarded. These include, but are not limited to, computer monitors, laptops, portable DVD players with LCD screens, and televisions with LCD, plasma screens, or CRTs. The fee varies based on screen size:

  • More than 4 inches, but less than 15 inches = $4
  • Greater than or equal to 15 inches, but less than 35 inches = $5
  • Greater than or equal to 35 inches = $6

By placing an international order, you authorize a locally approved/licensed agent to import goods on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. This implies Network Hardwares may assign the importation obligation to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). This authorization facilitates the customs broker, designated by us or our contractor, to act as your agent (or the importer's if different) to clear, report, and account for the imported merchandise and remit all duties, fees, and taxes to the appropriate authorities in compliance with local laws. This arrangement may still necessitate the consignee to complete a written Power of Attorney (POA) directly with the customs broker. All taxes and duties will be the consignee's responsibility, in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Certain entities such as government bodies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches, and other religious organizations may be eligible for tax-exempt purchases. If your organization qualifies, you can apply for a tax-exempt account to enjoy tax-free purchases on behalf of your organization.

For those who have already received a Tax-Exempt Customer Code, simply log in to our website to start utilizing your tax-exempt benefits.

Before finalizing your purchase, it's crucial to ensure that the items you are buying are compatible and will operate in your country. Additionally, verify that your country's import rules and regulations permit the importation of the item you wish to purchase. Due to manufacturer or government restrictions, we may sometimes be required to restrict certain products from being shipped outside the USA.

Please be aware that manufacturer's rebates may not apply to items shipped outside the USA. Verify the pricing details in your shopping cart to ensure accuracy.

To minimize shipping and duty fees, orders with multiple items from different warehouses are consolidated at one location before shipping. This consolidation process may delay your order by an additional business day. Should your order experience a delay, we will promptly inform you via email.

Given the complexities of international shipping and export regulations, all special orders are first delivered to our warehouse before being shipped to you. This process allows us to better manage and support your shipment throughout its journey.

In some countries, the chamber of commerce must attest documents related to your order. Should you require attested documents, a fee of $40 USD per document will be charged, along with additional shipping costs to deliver these documents to you.
